One of the increasingly valued and effective is Solution Focused Therapy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-outline-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0ffc8bfa8cb131603a34c27cb0fc9634\">What is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (TSR)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine that instead of analyzing in depth why your car broke down, you focus on how to get to your destination as quickly and effectively as possible using the means available. That's what it's like <strong>Solution-Focused Therapy<\/strong>. It is a pragmatic and respectful approach that assumes that every person has<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-outline-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ca10c631738080734041925f399e6ddb\">When is TSR particularly effective? \u2013 Specific situations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution-focused therapy.<\/strong> is extremely versatile, but there are situations where its pragmatic and future-oriented approach produces particularly good results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>When you feel that you are \u201cstuck\u201d and need a specific change<\/strong>: If you feel that you are going around in circles, repeating the same mistakes in your relationship, work or personal life and want to change it, TSR can be the perfect solution. This therapy helps to break the misstep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>| In the face of life crises and the need to make important decisions<\/strong>: Losing your job, ending a relationship, moving, professional dilemmas \u2013 these are the moments when we often need not so much analysis of the past as support in finding strength and setting new hearts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When you have a clearly defined goal, but do not know how to achieve it<\/strong>: You may know that you want to improve your self-esteem, better cope with stress, be more assertive at work, or improve communication with your partner. <strong>Solution-focused therapy.<\/strong> is a great tool for turning such goals into a real action plan, based on small, achievable successes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When working with children and young people<\/strong>: Young people are often reluctant to approach therapy involving a long \"digging\" in problems. A positive, empowering and action-oriented approach to TSR is common for them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In couples and families therapy<\/strong>: When conflicts arise in a relationship or family, it is easy to focus on mutual grievances and analyzing who is at fault. TSR changes this perspective. It helps partners or family members with a <em>| better future together<\/em> and what each of them can do to start building it, based on the moments when they have already succeeded in working together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-outline-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e61e5d4c3a50aa6736fa8ee6f8b3dcb2\">When might a different approach be a better first step?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although TSR is very effective, it is not a one-size-fits-all solution for every problem. <em>deep, unprocessed trauma<\/em> or <em>serious mental disorders<\/em> (such as severe depression, psychotic disorders, deep personality disorders), it may first be necessary to use other, more in-depth forms of therapy that will allow you to stabilize<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-outline-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-591a9e8cdf10f3705232a9f399ecdded\">What do the meetings look like in the spirit of TSR?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings in the mainstream <strong>Solution-Focused Therapy<\/strong> are in the form of a partner conversation.
