What is TSR (Solution Focused Therapy)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TSR ( Solution-Focused Brief Therapy<\/em>) is an approach that turns traditional thinking about helping upside down. Instead of asking: \u201cWhy do you have this problem?\u201d<\/em>, we ask: \"What do you want to achieve and what is already working in your life?\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This philosophy is based on three main principles (according to Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. If something isn't broken, don't fix it.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If something works, do more of it.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If something doesn't work, don't do it again \u2013 do something else.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In practice, this means that during the training you will learn how to work on zasobach klienta<\/strong>, how to formulate a \"miracle question\" and how to conduct a session so that the client comes out of it with a sense of agency, not overwhelmed by problems. This is a short-term, goal-oriented method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
