I confirm the terms and conditions of the application:

1. Receipt of the application for the course will be confirmed by e-mail to the address indicated in the application.
2. The number of places in subsequent editions is limited, the date of receipt of the application and the date of payment are decisive.
3. The course fee must be paid into the account at least 14 days before the start of the first course meeting, and in the case of payment in installments, 14 days before each meeting.
4. The person signing this registration form declares that they are aware of the conditions and costs of resignation from participation set out in the | Training Regulations.
5. By submitting an application for participation in the course, the Ordering Party also accepts the other conditions set out in the Training Regulations.
