IMPLEMENTATION OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
IN THE CENTER OF EDUCATION OF MEDICAL STAFF and PSYCHOTHERAPY SP. Z O.O.

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Regulations define the rules for the implementation of development services, including training, supervision, intervention, Balint groups, group workshops, therapeutic groups, by the M Personnel Education Center
2. The Organizer conducts training and development services in the form of stationary and remote (online) in the field of therapy, psychotherapy, psychology and related fields.
3. Training and development services are carried out in accordance with applicable law, including the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labour market institutions, the Mini Regulation
4. Training and development services may be carried out as commercial services or services co-financed from public funds (including European funds) through regional Operators.
5. Whenever the Terms and Conditions refer to a "Participant", it is understood as a natural person participating in the service. "Candidate" means the person who submitted the application for the training/service and found
6. The Organizer is entered in the BUR database as a verified provider of development and consulting services and has the SUS 3.0 training service standard certificate.
7. The Organizer declares that as an entity providing development services in the field of psychotherapy, it has accreditation of training programs granted by the Polish Society of Psychological Therapy Skoncen
§ 2. ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
8. The organizer publishes the offer of services in the Development Services Database (BUR) – the so-called "service card" and on the website www.ckkmip.pl.
9. The service card in BUR contains detailed information about the service: goals, learning outcomes, program, schedule, form of implementation, price and conditions of participation.
10. Development services are carried out in a stationary, remote form (online in
11. The minimum number of participants in the development service is 6 people, unless the service card states otherwise. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes if the minimum number of participants is not met.
12. The organizer provides materials for participants in electronic form, unless the service card provides otherwise.
13. The Organizer issues a certificate or certificate of completion of the development service within 14 days of its completion, provided that the Participant meets the requirements specified in the program given
14. The price of the service does not include ineligible costs, in particular: travel, accommodation, food or other costs related to the Participant's participation in the service, unless the service card
§ 3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION and PAYMENT
15. The condition for participation in the service is the submission of an application (in electronic or written form) and the fulfillment of the qualification requirements specified in the service card and these Regulations.
16. The application for the selected service is made via the online form available at www.ckkmip.pl, the service card in BUR or in writing.
17. Submission of the application means acceptance of these Regulations and the obligation to
18. In the case of subsidized services, the Candidate is obliged to submit an application for subsidy to the appropriate Operator before signing up for the service on the BUR website.
19. The candidate obtains the status of a Participant after meeting the following conditions: (a) in the case of participants benefiting from co-financing – after receiving a positive decision of the Operator to grant co-financing
20. The rules and payment deadlines for participants benefiting from co-financing are set out in the agreement with the Operator, for participants without co-financing – in the agreement with the Organizer. Depending on the co-financing program
21. Detailed rules for payments and settlements in a given project and with a given Operator are provided to the Candidate before submitting the application for co-financing.
22. In the case of participants financing participation on their own (without co-financing), payment is made on the basis of a VAT invoice, within the period specified in the contract, but no later than 14 days before the planned date
23. The participant is obliged to comply with the payment terms and conditions specified in the contract concluded with the Organizer and – in the case of co-financed services – in the contract with the Operator.
§ 4. PARTICIPANT'S OBLIGATIONS
24. Participant
- active and active participation in the development service in accordance with the program and schedule specified in the service charter
- comply with the health and safety rules and regulations of the facilities in which the services are provided
- respecting the copyrights and intellectual property of the Organizer and trainers
- not providing training materials to third parties without the written consent of the Organizer
- timely attendance at classes and informing the Organizer about absences in advance
- cultural behavior towards trainers, employees of the Organizer and other participants
- in the case of development services conducted online – participation with the camera turned on, enabling the identification of attendance; signing in the communicator (e.g. Zoom) with the full name and surname, consistent with
- in the case of co-financed services – signing up for the service in BUR using the assigned support ID number before the start of the service
- in the case of co-financed services – completing the survey evaluating the service in BUR within 7 days from the end of the service (this obligation is a prerequisite for the settlement of the service
- provide own computer equipment with a working camera, microphone and a stable Internet connection, enabling active participation in classes carried out remotely in time
- immediately inform the Organizer and – in the case of co-financed services – the relevant Operator about any changes in personal data, employment status or other circumstances affecting
25. The service participant undertakes to confirm his/her presence in the manner indicated by the trainer.
26. In the event of absence from classes for more than 4 teaching hours (180 minutes) during one day of classes, the Participant is obliged to make up for the arrears in the manner agreed with the Organizer. Total part
§ 5. MONITORING, RECORDING and DOCUMENTING ATTENDANCE
27. Development services may be subject to control, monitoring or audit by the relevant Operator, PARP, Organizer accreditation bodies or other external institutions.
28. The participant agrees to carry out
29. The Organizer may record classes carried out remotely (online) for the purposes of: (a) archiving and documentation, (b) control and audit for the needs of Operators and supervisory institutions, (c) quality – for the improvement of the teaching process.
30. Recordings of classes are not made available to Participants or third parties, unless required by law or the agreement with the Operator.
31. The participant acknowledges that participation in the online service implies acceptance of the fact of recording the classes in accordance with the rules set out in points 29–30.
32. In the case of development services carried out remotely (online), the attendance of Participants (class log/attendance list) is documented on the basis of the following sources:
- a) login report generated from the meeting system (e.g. Zoom), containing information on the time of joining and leaving the meeting by individual Participants
- b) additional confirmation of attendance by entering the Participant's name and surname in the "chat at the meeting" functionality every day at specific times of the class: (1) in the first place
- c) screenshots with the view of participants performed by trainers, containing the date and time of the system
33. The attendance documentation referred to in point 32 is the basis for confirming the Participant's participation in the development service for the purposes of issuing a certificate and settling the service with the Operator (in the case of subsidized services).
34. The participant acknowledges that failure to confirm attendance in accordance with the procedure described in point 32 may result in failure to complete the course on a given day.
35. In the case of co-financed services, failure to comply with the rules for documenting the presence specified in point 32 may result in the Operator rejecting the settlement of the service. In such a situation, participation in us
36. Minimum technical requirements for participation in remote (online) services:
- a) a stable Internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 10 Mbps download, sending 5 Mbps
- b) a computer or tablet with a minimum dual-core Intel Core i5 2.5 GHz processor (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 GB of RAM
- c) a working webcam (can be built into the device) and a microphone
- d) a current web browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari
- e) no company blocks preventing connection to the communication platform (e.g. Zoom)
37. The Organizer is not responsible for the Participant's inability to participate in classes due to failure to meet the technical requirements set out in point 36 or technical problems after st
§ 6. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY
38. The Organizer informs that on communication platforms used for real-time remote classes (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Meet), built-in functions based on artificial int may be available
- AI Companion / Copilot – AI assistants for automatic generation of notes and summaries
- automatic transcription and translation of statements
- automatic detection of participants and their identification
39. The Organizer may use these functions only after obtaining the consent of the Participants and only for the following purposes:
- organizacyjne: automatic minutes of meetings, task lists, summaries for teaching staff
- qualitative: analysis of the course of classes in order to improve the program
- teaching optional provision of transcripts or notes from classes to participants (upon request)
- kontrolne: documentation for Operators and auditing institutions (in the case of co-financed services) or consideration of participant's complaints
40. Data processed by AI: AI tools may process: Participants' voice, their statements (in audio and text form), names and surnames visible in the communicator. The processing is carried out in accordance with the supplier's privacy policy
41. The materials generated by AI are not made available to third parties Except for the Organizer and entities authorized to control, unless required by law.
42. Withdrawal of consent The Participant may withdraw consent to the use of AI at any time by contacting the Organizer. In this case, the Organizer undertakes to:
- disable the AI function for all participants in a given service, OR
- delete or anonymize the materials generated by AI regarding this Participant (subject to archiving obligations).
43. Unless otherwise agreed in the service card and the agreement with the participant – the lack of consent to the use of the AI function does not exclude from participation in the classes – the Organizer performs the service without using the function
§ 7. ORGANIZER 'S RIGHTS
44. The Organizer reserves the right to change the trainer conducting the classes, provided that the appropriate qualifications and experience of the new trainer are maintained.
45. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date or place of classes for important reasons by informing the Participants in advance.
46. The Organizer has the right to issue a certificate or certificate of completion of the development service only after the Participant has met all the requirements set out in the program, including the required fr
47. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the service a Participant who violates the provisions of these Regulations, disrupts the course of classes or behaves in a manner contrary to the rules

49. The Organizer is not responsible for Participants' personal belongings brought to stationary classes or for damage resulting from circumstances beyond the Organizer's control (force majeure, including: theft, fire, flooding, infrastructure failures).
§ 8. WALIDACJA
50. Qualification training ends with a validation process, which includes verification of the Participant's achievement of the learning outcomes specified in the service card.
51. The validation process is separate from the education process and, unless the service card provides otherwise, may be carried out by:
- The Organizer with a separation of the functions of the person conducting the validation from the persons conducting the education process
- An external entity independent of the education process, indicated by the Organizer.
52. Detailed validation rules, including the form and criteria for crediting, are specified in the service card.
53. A negative validation result does not entail financial consequences for the Participant in terms of reimbursement of costs or reimbursement of service co-financing. The participant has the right to re-join the validation
54. The issuance of a certificate confirming qualifications or the acquisition of competences is subject to a positive validation result.
§ 9 COMPLAINTS
55. The Participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the implementation of the development service.
56. The complaint should be submitted in writing or electronically (to szkolenia@ckkmip.pl) within 14 days from the date of termination of the development service or the occurrence of the situation
57. The complaint should include: the Participant's data, the name of the development service, the date of implementation, a description of the objections and the expected manner of consideration.
58. The Organizer shall consider the complaint within 30 days of its receipt and inform the Participant about the manner of its consideration.
59. If the complaint is accepted, the Organizer may propose: repeating part of the classes, participation in the next edition of the service, discount for subsequent classes or other form of compensation.
§ 10 Protection of personal data
60. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is Centrum Kształcenia Kadr Medycznych i Psychoterapii Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Wisełki 57, 04-830 Warsaw, KRS: 0001189925, nip: 95222731
61. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
62. Personal data is processed for the purposes of: (a) providing the development service, (b) fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, (c)
63. The recipients of data may include, among others: Operators of co-financing programs, PARP, control and audit institutions, entities providing accounting, IT, hosting services and external entities conducting validation. The Participant agrees to share personal data contained in the application form with contractors related to the organization of services (partners, sponsors) only in
64. The Organiser may document the course of classes in the form of photographs or video materials for internal and promotional purposes of the training centre.
65. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the period resulting from the provisions on archiving and limitation of claims.
66. The participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer data and object.
67. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
68. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.

§ 11. ACCESSIBILITY
70. The Organizer provides development services taking into account the needs of people with special needs and people with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021–2027.
71. The Candidate or Participant, as well as the person posting the employee with special functional needs, is obliged to report additional requirements related to disability/special
72. The organizer will make every effort to adapt the form of classes to the reported needs, in terms of organizational and technical capabilities.
§ 12. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS for TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT SERVICES IN the FIELD OF PSYCHOTHERAPY /PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY
73. Persons who meet the following conditions are eligible to participate in psychotherapy training:
A. TSR basic training (TSR 1):
a) having at least secondary education,
b) meeting at least one of the following conditions:
- employment or performance of work in one of the following areas: health care, psychology or psychotherapy, pedagogy and education, social assistance, justice and mediation, services
- pursuing higher education in the fields related to the above areas (at least the second year of study),
- being in the process of certification of a TSR practitioner, therapist, psychotherapist or supervisor at the Polish Society of Psychological Therapy Focused on Solutions or in another recognized company
B. TSR advanced training (TSR 2):
Meeting the requirements set out in point A and holding a TSR Practice Certificate or completing basic training in the field of solution-focused therapy of at least
C. Subsequent stages of TSR training:
Participation in subsequent stages of training (specialization training, psychotherapy school, TSR supervisor course and others) requires meeting the requirements set out in points 73 A and B. Detailed additional requirements for individual development services of the Organizer are set out in the service cards published in the BUR and the offer on the website www.ckkmip.pl.
74. Detailed requirements for the certification of individual degrees of qualifications/competences in the field of solution-focused therapy
75. Detailed requirements for certification of individual levels of qualifications/competencies in the field of solution-focused therapy in the PTPTSR association (certification institution for the Candidate in the development service offered) are specified in the PTPTSR certification regulations and information on the website www.ptptsr.pl.
76. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the fulfillment of the qualification requirements before accepting the Candidate for the development service.
§ 13. RESIGNATION and WITHDRAWAL FROM the CONTRACT
77. Detailed conditions for resignation from the purchased service are specified in the contract concluded with the Participant. In the event of resignation from participation in the service less than 14 days before its commencement or during its duration

§ 14. FINAL PROVISIONS
79. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
80. In the case of co-financed services, to the extent not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the agreement with the Operator and the regulations of co-financing programs shall apply. In case of discrepancies m
81. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations. The changes shall enter into force on the date indicated by the Organiser, not less than 14 days from the date of publication.
82. Changes to the Regulations do not affect participation in classes
83. The Parties undertake to resolve disputes arising from the implementation of development services amicably. In the event of disagreement, disputes will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of the Organizer.
84. The Regulations (version 4.5) enter into force on 09 February 2026.
