1. Certification
Yes. After successfully completing the training, you will receive a certificate of completion of the basic course of 70 hours of TSR, issued by the Med Personnel Training Center
The certificate will contain:
- Name of the participant
- Title of the training
- Hourly dimension:
- Date of completion of the training
- Information on completion of the training
- Details of the training institution
Completion of our TSR training with a positive result is recognised in the PTPTSR certification process. To obtain the certificate of a PTPTSR Therapist (2nd degree), you must, among others:
- Complete the basic and advanced TSR course (200 hours)
- Pass the group supervision (minimum 20 hours)
- Pass the validation exam
- Fill in any other requirements specified in the PTPTSR regulations
- Apply for the certificate directly to PTPTSR
2. Profession of psychotherapist in Poland – legal status
Currently, in Poland, the profession of psychotherapist is not fully regulated by law. Legislative work on the Act on the profession of psychotherapist is ongoing, but until its adoption, psychotherapy remains in force
In the current legal situation, psychotherapy can be carried out by people who have completed appropriate training and are competent in this area. The most common are:
- Psycholodzy (absolwenci psychologii)
- Lekarze, w tym lekarze psychiatrzy
- Other people with higher education who have completed appropriate psychotherapeutic training
Nie. After completing the TSR training, you can start the practice of "TSR therapy" as a practitioner/TSR specialist. The TSR training prepares you to use the Solution Focused Therapy method at work
In the current legal status, the National Health Fund and other health care institutions do not require specific certificates of a TSR therapist, because the profession of a TSR therapist is not regulated. However, having a certificate
3. Permissions and limitations after completing the training
Completion of training:
- Confirms the acquisition of competences in the field of Solution Focused Therapy
- Enables the use of the TSR method in working with clients in all help professions (also in psychological or pedagogical therapy and e.g. social work, in the work of a nutritionist, doctor and many others
- It is the basis for applying for the certificate of the PTPTSR Therapist (after completing advanced training and meeting additional requirements)
- Increases your competitiveness on the labor market in help professions
TSR training:
- It does not grant the right to diagnose mental disorders and conduct psychotherapy
- It does not constitute an independent educational path in clinical psychology
- It is not tantamount to the professional title of psychologist or psychotherapist
- It does not guarantee the automatic right to contracts with the National Health Fund (it requires additional institutional criteria)

4. Form of TSR CKKMIP training
Yes, the training takes place online. We conduct classes in real time via a video conferencing platform (e.g. Zoom), which allows for full interaction with the trainer and other participants
Online training in real time means that classes take place live, on fixed dates. This is NOT a recorded course that can be viewed at any time. Participants:
- | They log in to the platform at certain times
- | They actively participate in lectures, exercises and discussions
- They can ask questions and receive ongoing answers from the trainer
- They have the opportunity to work in groups during practical exercises
Yes, an active camera presence is required throughout the class. Attendance is monitored and is one of the conditions for completing the training. Possible absence requires excuses
Part or all of the training may be recorded only for the purpose of improving the quality of training services and for the purpose of settlements with the Development Services Office and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development
5. Final exam
Yes, at the end of the training, an optional final exam is conducted, which consists of two parts.
- Practical part: Observation of the therapy session simulation. The participant conducts a simulated TSR session with another participant or actor, and the validator (usually an external expert) evaluates the use of techniques and principles of solution-focused therapy.
- Theoretical part A knowledge test covering the topics discussed during the training, including the theoretical foundations of TSR, the main techniques and ethical principles.
The exam is conducted by an independent expert, which ensures the objectivity of the assessment and compliance with the standard of separation of trainers from examiners. Validation authorizing certification is carried out by an expert or Examination Committee from the PTPTSR association.
Passing or taking the exam IS NOT a condition for receiving a certificate of completion of training, but IT IS a prerequisite for obtaining a qualification and certificate of Practitioner, Therapist or other levels of qualifications in TSR. Taking the exam or passing it may be a prerequisite for obtaining funding for BUR training. Take a look at your contract
In the event of failure to pass the exam, it is possible to take the revision exam within the time limit agreed with the training organizer. Details of the revision exam are determined individually. Approach to validation and even its passing with a positive result MAY BE a condition for obtaining funding for training (see your contract with the Operator).
6. Organization of classes and breaks
Breaks are planned in a way that ensures the comfort of participants:
- Every approximately 1.5 hours, a 10-minute break is provided
- Once a day, a longer break of 40 to 60 minutes is organized (e.g. lunch break)
In the case of shorter training days (e.g. classes taking place from 17:00 to 21:00), there are only 10-minute breaks every approximately 1.5 or 2.00 teaching hours.
The timetable is set before the course starts and may vary depending on the course edition. Most often, classes take place on weekends or in the evenings on weekdays. Detailed report
7. Technical and organisational requirements
To fully participate in the training, you need:
- A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- A computer or laptop with a camera and microphone
- Access to the Zoom video conferencing platform
- A quiet and peaceful place to study that will ensure full focus
Yes, an active camera and microphone are mandatory for the entire duration of the class. The training is based on interaction, practical exercises and group work, so full participation with the camera on
Yes, participants receive training materials in electronic form, including presentations, exercise documents, sample session transcripts and additional resources for self-study.
8. Costs and records

Yes, we issue VAT invoices on request. When you register for the training via the form, you will be able to enter your invoice details. We can issue an invoice no later than on the day of payment. In the event of a later notification, we can only issue an invoice to a natural person. In order to receive a VAT invoice for the company, IT IS NECESSARY TO enter the word INVOICE (or FV) in the description of the transfer made or BEFORE making the payment
Yes, we offer the option of installment payment. Details of the installments are described in the training price list on the website.
Enrollment is done through the form available on our website. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation and instructions on the next steps, including payment and preparation
Yes, it is possible to unsubscribe from the training. Detailed cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the training regulations, which are available on the website ckkmip.pl/regul

Yes, after completing the basic course, you can continue to improve your qualifications by participating in an advanced course (TSR 2), in supervision, in improvement training; you can also start
Yes, the training is open to people with different educational backgrounds, including educators, social workers, career counselors, doctors and other professionals working with people, even firefighters and the police
Completing the TSR training increases your professional competence and is positively received by employers in the public and private sectors. However, employment in public facilities can be difficult
A typical training day includes:
- Theoretical lectures introducing the key concepts of TSR
- Practical exercises in pairs or small groups
- Case studies and transcripts of therapy sessions
- Question and answer sessions with a trainer
- Group reflection and discussion of participants' experiences
