When is TSR particularly effective? – Specific situations
Solution-focused therapy. is extremely versatile, but there are situations where its pragmatic and future-oriented approach produces particularly good results:

- | In the face of life crises and the need to make important decisions: Losing your job, ending a relationship, moving, professional dilemmas – these are the moments when we often need not so much analysis of the past as support in finding strength and setting new hearts
- When you have a clearly defined goal, but do not know how to achieve it: You may know that you want to improve your self-esteem, better cope with stress, be more assertive at work, or improve communication with your partner. Solution-focused therapy. is a great tool for turning such goals into a real action plan, based on small, achievable successes.

It helps partners or family members with a | better future together and what each of them can do to start building it, based on the moments when they have already succeeded in working together.
When might a different approach be a better first step?

| Remember that choosing the therapeutic trend is an important decision. Solution-focused therapy. it is a powerful tool for those who want to actively shape their future, instead of getting bogged down in the analysis of the past.
